Coping mechanism upgrade

My coping mechanism used to be over-consumption of food. Now I clean or go out for walks. Last two months have been filled with a lot of unexpected things, which eventually became blessings. Still, I was stressed out and the fitness app recorded an 12k daily average (Max. 25k). Got to know all the neighborhood cats.

Walks and time spent on public transports are perfect time for musical soundtracks, podcasts, video tutorials and audiobooks. Gradually replacing screen time would be the next best move.
